I don’t like my blind…
If you receive your blind and you don’t like the fabric, we will make it right. We will send you 5 additional fabric samples in your color group for free. You can choose any other fabric and you will receive a 50% discount on your re-order. Just send back the original blind – no questions ask….
The blind doesn’t fit…
A correct measurement is the base for a perfect fitting blind, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out that way. If you find that your blind doesn’t have the custom fit you were going for because the measurement is slightly off, we will help you make it right. Depending on the “new” size, you might qualify for a free cut down or for a 50% discount to replace your blind.
The blind broke…
If your blind breaks we will help you to fix it, repair it or replace it – please refer to our warranty and contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping is always free for our clients.
The lead time is 4 weeks from the time you place your order – however mishaps can happen. If this happens we will inform you immediately and work with you on a resolution to your 100% satisfaction.
